Once those are established, or if you are satisfied with your current vision and mission, our facilitators will work with you to develop a set of core values for your company.

 

These core values are the basis of performance standards and individual employee actions. The final step in the strategic session will provide each departments or area of responsibility an action plan to take the core values into their operations.
